Monday - Football Club - Years 3/4/5/6

Service Description

Come and play some Football with Josh on a Monday. With a mixture of matches and games. A 6 WEEK club Starts Monday 16th September Ends Monday 21st October Children in Years 3/4/5 and 6 Children will be taken to the lunch hall at 3.30pm to meet Josh and register. At this point they can have a quick snack before starting the session. At 4.30pm the children will dismissed from the front gate. Please be aware that children need to be collected promptly at 4.30pm. As a result of a lot of late collections last year we have had to introduce a late fee of £15.00 each time a child is not collected on time. This fee needs to be paid before the next session. The staff are not paid after 4.30pm so please collect on time. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHILDREN IN YEARS 5 AND 6 MAY TRAVEL HOME INDEPENDENTLY HOWEVER WE MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM A RESPONSIBLE ADULT ON THE BOOKING FORM
