Service Description

6 WEEK CLUB STARTS MONDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER AND ENDS MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER Come and enjoy a fantastic football session with Neil on a Monday after school. The children will be involved in games and matches every week. At the end of the school day the children will meet in the downstairs hall and register with Neil before we go out to the back playground to start the session At 4.30pm the children will be collected from the big back gates next to the Astro Turf in the back playground. Can we please ask that parents are prompt to collect at the end of the session. If you are over 5 minutes late then there will be a £15.00 late fee payment that must be made as our staff do not get paid past 4.30pm PLEASE BE AWARE WE ONLY ALLOW CHILDREN TO WALK HOME BY THEMSELVES IF WE HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE ADULT ON THE BOOKING FORM AND THE CHILD IS IN YEAR 5 OR 6
